I placed my order (***) on 11/**/@ 9:45amI haven't received my order yet as of 11/**/There website says ~ business days after shipmentThere website indicated that the items I purchased were in stock at the time of my orderThey claimed that they sent me an email stating that the items are back-order and that they were cancelling my order and issuing a refundThat was a lie, I never received an email from them until I contacted them and complained about my orderThe the order status on there website doesn't indicate any problems with my order before I contacted themThis order experience is nothing like ordering from ***I know I will NOT be ordering from this company in the futureAs far as reviews go, this is my first of many that I will be posting all over the internetI don't know why companies do these things knowing that customers can post many negative reviewsDon't they care about their future salesI guess that's why they call them fly-by-night operations

There website indicated that the items I purchased were in stock at the time of my order. They claimed that they sent me an email stating that the items are back-order and that they were cancelling my order and issuing a refund. That was a lie, I never received an email from them until I contacted them and complained about my order. The the order status on there website doesn't indicate any problems with my order before I contacted them. This order experience is nothing like ordering from [redacted]. I know I will NOT be ordering from this company in the future. As far as reviews go, this is my first of many that I will be posting all over the internet.
