Since Sept 23rd I have left at least voicemail messages, have scheduled callbacks and have sent a plethora of emails to both marketing and support and there have been no replies Last Wednesday I tried to leave a voicemail but the support voicemail box was full Prior to September I had never encountered any problems with PetBox but it appears that PetBox is now experiencing some serious corporate challenges I paid a yearly subscription in advance and believe I have paid for an acceptable level of customer support that PetBox does not deliver A good product but their marketing and support is suspect
Petbox has been taking money from people for a monthly service and not following throughCustomer service is a joke, they continually tell you they shipped the petboxes but does not provide any shipping infoThey will continue to email you about new service products but will not send you anything once you orderTheir Facebook pages also continue to delete any negative reviews about their company
In the summer of I did a month-to-month payment plan for about a yearI liked the boxes, and my dog loved the boxes, so I paid in advance for another year's subscriptionI always packed my boxes because there are certain items my dog cannot haveI got the first few months of boxes for the new subscription, but then got a notice that we would temporarily be unable to select the items that went in the box and that would could send an email if we wished to not get a surprise box that monthI sent the email, but got the box anyway that contained things my dog could not have (a waste of money)I sent an email complaintThe next month, the exact same thing happened although I requested not to receive a surprise box, and it also contained things my dog could not haveSince those two surprise boxes (June and July), I haven't received any surprise boxes, but the four weeks of only suprise boxes because of PetBox moving their warehouse turned into two months, then turned into an indefinite amount of timeNow, when I checked the website to see if there were any updates, the website no longer comes upI then went on Facebook, and their Facebook page no longer existsThat means that I paid for parts of two PetBoxes I couldn't use AND paid for seven months of PetBoxes I'm not going to receive
