An order for a corsage was placed with Petals on the trail for the exact corsage as previously ordered.
I called the person who's contact...

information I had and advised him that I could not make it exact.
I told him I would make it as similar as possible.With no photograph and only a description to work with I prepared the corsage,Unpaid for.I was not offered a picture when I spoke to the client that gave me the go ahead to make it as similar as possible.At the time of pick up It was clear it was not exact,nor what they had asked for.
They were told that they were not obligated to take it,[redacted] At the customers insistance, we let it go on the stipulation it was to be brought right back if he didn't want it.This is a matter of He said She said. Our policy on wedding work and corsages is no refund upon approval of flowers.This is common.
We were contacted Monday by the client saying "she loved it " but it was not right.This was the case before the corsage left our shop.
I contacted customer and explained that before they bought the flowers,before I made the flowers that they would be as similar as possible.That is what I made.[redacted]
If she knew the product was not what she wanted then she should not have paid for it.I regret giving her the option to bring it back right away.
