This Customer was extremely rude, I personally took care of her after
she called and wanted to order flowers for her friend, I told her we
were not able to deliver to that area in *** at this time but that
we would do everything possible to help her out, She stated she
had a
friend place the order but now she is saying it was actually her placing
the order, I explained to her that the *** terms and conditions
where stated in their website because she wanted to order an arrangement
for $and include the tax and delivery fee in the value of the
groupon that was $for $that she paid, I politely explained
to her that we could not do that because her delivery area was too farI
explained that I could upgrade her arrangement to make up for the
inconvenience and the trouble that she had placing the order, and she
was okay with it, she paid her tax and delivery fee and when she called to
confirm the delivery, the person who answered the phone
never told the customer that her order was mixed up; What was actually stated to the customer
is that the drivers were out delivering and setting up for an event downtown and that we would get her order sent out as soon as possible
Delivery was sent out and delivered
When the customer called to confirm order (which in fact was multiple times) and we advised customer that there was an event going on that day
Customer then proceeded to state that she understood and just wanted to get the order sent out
We apologized for the inconvenience and delivered outside of business and delivery hours.
We understand that the customer is/was upset, every right to beHowever, we did explain to the customer of the situationCustomer is correct, we did not send out what she ordered because we upgraded her arrangement which the customer agreed toWe sent out an arrangement for a value of $due to the inconvenienceWe do not believe we should refund anything to the customerWe went above and beyond to make up for the situation
If customer wants a refund, the customer needs to take it up with ***

to her that we could not do that because her delivery area was too far. I
explained that I could upgrade her arrangement to make up for the
inconvenience and the trouble that she had placing the order, and she
was okay with it, she paid her tax and delivery fee and when she called to
confirm the delivery, the person who answered the phone

Customer is correct, we did not send out what she ordered because we upgraded her arrangement which the customer agreed to. We sent out an arrangement for a value of $60 due to the inconvenience. We do not believe we should refund anything to the customer. We went above and beyond to make up for the situation.
If customer wants a refund, the customer needs to take it up with [redacted].
