They took my money to transport my dogs and last minute myself from airport to home… fortunately I was there to take care of them… their driver wasn’t and my payment- you have to pay their fee in advance- have not been reimbursed… proud CEO is very sorry „this is not how we do business…“ and he has yet to show how to do it. My pets were well behaved at the airport and officials helpful… Pet Pros not!

Booked a ride for my dog to be groomed, no response. Called and was told that may not have anyone to service my locale, but they would look and get back to me in 30 minutes. 7 hours later I called and they still had no information for me.

Poorly educated and rude staff. What a great way to treat the disabled.

I contacted Pet Pros Services last spring for help in finding a new home for my pet.

They were excellent. Very efficient, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. They found a really good home for my cat, and carefully checked the adoptive family out before I had any contact with them.

This service does what they say the will do. They work hard on behalf of pet owners and are great to deal with. I would highly recommend them.
