The morning I towed the vehicle I asked the officer for the keyHe said you had to touch the wires together to start itThere was no key and there's only one person that would’ve had the key and that would've been [redacted] ***She demanded my address I gave the officer my card he gave that to the consumerThe next morning my gate was taken apart and the car was goneI called the Chico Police and reported the vehicle stolenShe called the police officer and he told her if she was caught driving the car she would be going to jailThe car was recovered and I haven't heard from her sinceShe isn't an owner of the car and isn't listed as the owner and never was at any pointShe went to the police and they wouldn't release the car to herIf she can get it released she can come pick it up and I would cut her bill down because the car has no value to me
