Review: Too long this store has sold animals that are mistreated, and below average. They sell puppy mill puppies, illegal animals such as dwarf caiman alligators, anacondas, piranha labeled as pacu, Asian arowanas, I've seen walking catfish in there before too. Their standard of care is very low, the cages are covered in feces, the puppies are always sleepy and bloated, the tanks are all overstocked with incompatible fish. The reptiles are crammed in little tanks with wanton disregard for the well being of the animals and the employees. They feed the snakes live rodents in front of customers. The store is always smelly and dirty.Desired Settlement: I would like to see a fine, closer monitoring of what they sell, closure of the store, better quality of life for the animals and customer service. They in no way provide adequate care and concern for the livestock at the store. Not to sell illegal animals as well. Many a time I have seen illegal pythons, fish, and other reptiles for sale there. They also sell puppy mill puppies, they come at low health and some are way too young to be sold. This store needs to be monitored and shut down for all the things they do: illegal animals, puppy mill animals, low quality animals, and the mistreatment their animals suffer is horrendous. I also purchased an animal from them that has health issues they refused to take it back. I would also like them to pay the vet bills for the animal. On top of the fines and closing of the store.
