To whom it may concern,In response to *** *** ComplaintOn July 1, to July 19th *** *** lived in room #***, about pm on July 19th *** *** came into the office and said she was moving out because she caught her neighbor looking into her room”I told her
“that’s fine, I will speak to him about this, also please return the key when your done”July 20, about 9:am *** *** brought back the keyThen *** *** started asking about a refundI explained to her “I don’t do refunds, if any is due it comes from corporate also because your on ***any refund would be going back to to them”That seemed to be okay with her and they left on Sunday July 24, *** *** and her mail friend called times wanting her refundI told her again, “any refund due would come from corporate, we do not refund to *** clients it will go back to the *** office”Then her male friend called I told him “I cannot talk about this only with ***” then I hung upMonday July 25, I called *** spoke with Doris about *** ***, I was informed that “*** *** doesn’t like living alone, that’s why she moved, so no refund is due” I said “oh okay”I thought that ended until we received your letter you will find a copy of her regcard & a copy of the rules, both signed by *** ***While *** *** stayed here, she left her curtains pulled back to inch any one could walk by or drive by and see into her room.Thank you*** *** (No relation)Manager
