I ordered this product over 8 months ago for over 80.00. I never received it. I inquired several times about what happened to it. I finally got a response like 3 weeks ago saying that they had changed ownership and a lot of orders got lost in the shuffle. They promised to make it right. The shipping they was takes 2-3 days; well, I STILL have not received it. They have sent me promising emails making promises of getting it to me and making it right. They even gave me a discount to order a second one. Well, I am going to write to the Better Business Bureau about this. This is a ridiculous way of running a business. I hope if you order from them your experience is better than mine. Best I can say it buyer beware.

I spent hours picking out a large carrier with wheels for 2 Maine Cs. Now, I guess I will have to start from scratch. Not to mention call my credit card company to lodge a complaint. So disappointed and aggravated that this sale isn't working out. I bought direct from PetLuv vs Amazon to take advantage of a promo code and also thought I'd get better customer service if I needed it. Now, I'm afraid to even re-order product from Amazon as it appears there would never be customer service if there were a manufacturing defect. Rats! I ordered on July 12 with 2-3 days shipping. It's July 27th and nothing, no working phone number, tracking with UPS stuck at label created.

I was happy with my first order from this company. My second order was purchased February 4th and now as of March 25th I still have not received my order or a refund. I've tried to contact them a handful of times and they aren't even responding at this point. I will never purchase from or recommend this company again. I guess I just have to consider this order as a loss.
