This place is one of the worst doggy daycare businesses I've ever encountered. Despite the great sales pitch they gave during my walk-thru and tour, I basically paid them to confine my little dog the majority of the day. They "mentioned" during the tour that they place dogs in a kennel (cage) or a pen (mini-suite) while the other dogs (boarding guests) are eating at noon. I indicated I did not want my dog kenneled, so they showed me the mini-suite and I agreed that she could make due in there for a brief period of time. When I arrived to pick her up at 5:00 p.m., she was in a kennel. I was told that it was their "other" feeding time and that "someone" had not made a note that she was not to be kenneled. I have no idea if she was allowed any interaction or play time -- but I know she was really glad to leave! If it seems like a $10 day bargain . . . you get what you pay for!
