Pet Guardian

I have been to this business several times. At each visit I am asked if I have purchased my mower from them. When I tell them no, the customer service goes down hill in a hurry. I told myself the last time I went I would never go but for some reason I went back. I am stating now I will NEVER GO BACK!!! I was wanting to purchase parts for my mower and the elderly woman at the desk asked me what I needed. When I told her she began looking around and eventually found some parts. I again explained what I needed and she then told me that my mower did not have those parts and I did not need them (which was incorrect) but tried to sell me the wrong parts anyway. When I told her to give me only what I knew I needed and I would not be purchasing the items she found in error she said "so you don't want to buy these?(keep in mind these are parts that dont go on my mower as previously stated) I told her NO. As she walked off to put the parts up I did not need she said "WHATEVER". I agreed to purchase the parts that I knew I needed and would fit my mower and told her I will be back with model # to make sure we got the right parts tomorrow. After hearing here say "whatever" I walked out of store and I WILL NEVER step foot in that business again. I will drive 2 hours 1 way to avoid this business if I have too. I encourage anyone reading this to do the same. This is not the way to run a business especially when dealing with any type of customer service. I hope that at least 1 person reads this and avoids this establishement. There is a very friendly [redacted] dealership loacated in Siloam Springs if any needs a good reference.
