He received the Lory Nectar 10 pound bag with a copy of his invoice in the box. He said that he ordered Lory Powder. I explained to him that it was Lary Powder and can use it as nectar also. Mr [redacted] was upset about paying extra for shipping...

to Canada which I explained to him that I had no control. He was ordering it for someone else and he said that the birds would not eat the lorry food because they were not lories. He returned the used product without saying he was going to send it back. We cannot use contaminated food, and felt that he was very demanding and rude. We do not have mean customers, they are all very nice. He made a mistake and should own up to it in my opinion.
