PET EXPRESS USA

Review: I supposedly adopted a puppy from a woman name [redacted] who was supposed too use a flight service called PET EXPRESS USA in Philadelphia, PA. I payed a 191.50 flight and documents fee plus a$340.50 crate fee which is supposed to be refunded back too me upon delivery on May 5, 2014 my puppy was supposed to be here May 6, 2014 at 10:00pm but then they emailed me telling me I had too pay a $500 insurance fee too Cameroon and that my puppy was being held in West Virginia.I need help IMMEDIATELY !Desired Settlement: After all this I either want my puppy and refund or I just want my refund !!!
