Dear Mrs ***,Per our conversation and our visit with you and Dr [redacted] at [redacted] Vet Clinic, After observation Dr [redacted] was adamant this wound was caused from excessive itching on a hot spot and had nothing to do with our grooming or anything we didIt’s unfortunate this happened to your dog, but we are not responsible in any way

I am rejecting this response because:
I'm not accept that because Dr *** is her friend and this is not professional out ver say that cause cause because they hurt my dog and for consequences he was itched was the same the vet in the emergency room say and also I have the video when she was "checking " my dog without gloves and without any pain medicine just was holding my dog between or person and he was crying very different with our vet who was using gloves and he not hurt my dog and the emergency room they put at my dog to sleep for can clean and check him
