meds for a possible parasite. Anytime a cage has loose stools or bad stools we treat the entire cage for possible parasites. This is done through guidance from a vet. She did call the consumer and let them know of her mistake. She said they said ok and that they would be in to pick up copy of medication sheet for free vet visit. That is the last any employee has heard from this consumer. If the puppy was found sick at the first vet visit they are welcome to have it treated at our expense (authorized vets on list), get reimbursed for meds at any vet, bring back and have us treat then return the puppy to them, or last return for store credit or exchange. At which time puppy is treated and then put back for sell. I always stand behind my warranty but cannot do so if I don't know there is a problem. I also have a manager who is fully authorized to make decisions and handle any issues. If the consumer would like to contact one of us we are happy to discuss the options. I am rejecting this response because:Paying the cost of driver's license is not enough. The staff is not following the rules in store. Driver's licenses are still laying around where others could see and steal them easily. Obviously, they do not turn them to the police. Staff should be taking training again on following the rules so that such incidence won't happen again in the future. When a customer lost a driver's license, not only does he/she have to renew it but he/she also has to place a credit lock, a fraud alert and a police report at least. Staff should never loose a customer's driver's license and should follow up with the customer on such matter. Currently, this is not being done and it can easily contribute to identity theft. I don't see that the response is convincing enough. How do you prevent it from happening in the future or what actions will you take on your staff and have them be more responsible?
Sincerely,
[redacted]
