I bought a car from Adesa auction and I didn't get the title, their policy is you buy a car and you have pay for the car but you may don't get the title for month and after month you have the right to return it, they don't consider that dealers need to get the title by the time get the car cause in cars business time is moneyIn addition to that I bid on car and till a point where I stopped bidding on it but when I was looking on my online account I found it on my account and when I complained about that the arbitration office they say no you have to pay for it or you will get fine they are scam, they went back and watch the video footage and I wasn't bidding but I was standing there looking on the car but couldn't change anything
