Owner made me pay for an extended warranty but refuse to come when I had an issue. Last time, he didn't come until warranty expired and made me pay.
I used this contractor for termites treatment of my house. The owner, *** always takes a few months after I request him to inspect any new issues. I noticed he waits till warranty expires, and each time, he made me pay for a new extended warranty to treat a problem area. I paid $150.00 for another extended warranty on 4/22/19. I started to see termites droppings in two locations in my house in September, 2019. Since then, despite my numerous texting and calling him, he gave me all kind of excuses and refuses to come to inspect. Now it is January, 2020, and he still hasn't come. He made me pay for an extended warranty but practically did not warrant his work. This is a breach of contract and I request him to come to treat new areas where I see droppings or money back.
