Review: I signed a pest control service contract with this company, on behalf of a residential apt building. Around May during a scheduled service call, the exterminator was late by approximately 2 hours. My tenants had to wait well beyond the expected time for treatment. I then scheduled extermination on June [redacted]. Later, I was told that it would have to be rescheduled for June [redacted] On June [redacted], the exterminator was scheduled to come, even though I emailed the company to remind them prior to the date. The next day, I called the account representative, I emailed the account representative, and no excuse was offered. I requested $350.00 back for the money spent on services/or demanded that they pay for another exterminator to complete the service that they were contractually obligated to do, and informed them I was switching companies, and that I wished for them to remove their pest bait boxes (as I was switching). The following day, the account rep apologized, but was not offered any compensation for my frustration. I emailed the account rep twice since that last contact, but did not hear any response from him.Desired Settlement: I am asking for a refund of $350.00.

Review: My roommates and I were concerned our apartment had bed bugs. We contacted our [redacted] who sent us an exterminator. He stated that the exterminator was from [redacted], a licensed exterminating company. They are also advertised in our apartment lobby. When my roommate called to make an appointment for the second spraying, no one picked up so she googled their number and their information came up. The number for Pest Pro Services is ###-###-####, they are located in Staten Island and are listed in our lobby as [redacted]. Then she googled [redacted] and found their actual number and spoke with a representative who said that Pest Pro has been posing as them and their technicians are not licensed. [redacted] is located in the Bronx and their number is ###-###-#### . So number that is listed in our lobby as [redacted] is in actuality Pest Pro Control.

We are concerned about what Pest Pro has sprayed in our apartment since they are not a licensed exterminating company and since they posed as a licensed one.The liquid sprayed had a strong sent and makes skin itchy when it comes in contact.Desired Settlement: We would like to know what has been sprayed in our apartment, and if unsafe, we would like it to be resolved so that the apartment is safe for us to live in. We would also like Pest Pro Services to be investigated since they are not licensed but are gaining customers by posing as [redacted].
