Review: I contacted Pest Patrol Inc. and they gave me a price to remove 5 hives and bee proof the eves to keep the bees away. [redacted] said he would keep the bees away if we agreed to sign up for a monthly service which I did. I discussed with [redacted] the fact that I am DEATHLY allergic to bees, and if I get stung I go to the hospital. The last bee sting put me into anaphylactic shock. The initial cost of the removal was was $3250. They came back on 8/25/11 to remove a hive in another area for a cost of $650. I agreed to the monthly service at a cost of $49 per month. The fee went up last year to $62 per month. I would call if I spotted any bee activity. All was great until the last bee problem. Background: March 22, I called 760 789-5889 to let them know we had a hive forming on the outside of the eves. April 1 I called 760 789-5889 to let them know we had not heard from [redacted] about the hive forming on the outside of the eves. April 11I called to let them know I have still not heard from [redacted] about the hive forming on the outside of the eves. April 18 I called to let them know we had still not heard from [redacted] about the hive forming on the outside of the eves they said they had given him the messages and I should call him directly. April 18 I called [redacted] he said he would get out and spray the bees in the next day or two and wanted to talk to us about a solution to the bee problem. April 30 I left another message with [redacted]....no response. May 7 I spoke to [redacted] and my husband spoke to [redacted]. Said he would get out and spray the bees and give us a price on filling in the eves. May 20 I still have not heard from pest patrol called and left another message. May 31 I left another message with [redacted] bees are in 4 areas now.They have stopped responding to my emails, phone calls and texts. The bees are now coming in the house. I am afraid I will step on one or be stung while sitting on the couch.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the fees paid to them to keep the bees away. Now I have to start the process over and a new company is quoting me $3500.00 to remove the hives and bee proof my house.
