Hello, this complaint was sent just as I was buying the business from [redacted] who is the person who actually ran the credit card. He no longer works with us and hasn't for a few months. I spoke with I'm about it and he said it was when we had issues with our database during the database...

transfer we were going thru at the time of this issue. He ran the card and when he entered it into our system as being paid it didn't save so when he was going through accounts Receivable it looked as if he owes us that money. So [redacted] ran the card we had on file.
 
      [redacted] no longer works with us, I hired an office person to straighten all these issues out and now things are much, much smoother! Mr. [redacted] reported this to Visa and I refunded his money in full back in early May! He cancelled service with us months ago.
 
    I call you to speak to you about this and explain the only owner situation but it went to your voice mail and my calls went unreturned. I figured you got my messages and the issue was solved until I got the letter saying I never responded to this complaint. Please let me know if there's anything else I can or need to do to get to the bottom of this matter? I'm really glad my customers have this way to let me know when they're not happy so I can make sure I'm providing the service I should be providing.
