Didn't do a complete inspection and I believe purposely and negligently overlooked serious items for the benefit of the inspector and agent
I have had nothing but issue after issue that I feel you as my inspector should have noted Oven never works, it never has it doesn't heat up Horrible waste smell hasn't went away , even after I paid to have the septic pumped it still remains, this could be mold or anything!! Electrical outlets weren't grounded and outlets were dangerous and had to be replaced Pump just went out and the age should have been noted My main concern is the oven and the horrible smell, I feel this is something you should have knew about and investigated And I asked about on the smell and you stated it just because the house sat empty for so long but that isn't the case at all I am concerned this could be a health hazard for my family and kids especially!!!
