Pest Control Solutions (PCS) was asked to perform a termite inspection on 8/2/by the Real Estate Agent /Buyer for the purchase of a home at [redacted] PCS performed the inspected as requested, and as is customary, payment is required at time of service The Agent/buyer asked if invoice could be billed through Title Co As a courtesy to the agent/buyer we agreed, with the stipulation PCS has a Credit Card (C/C) on file and we will charge the $fee to the credit card if not paid after days This occurs regularly at PCSThe agent/buyer gave us the credit card info for file There were no other stipulations by the agent/buyer PCS charged the c/c after the day period elapsed because of no paymentWhen we were given the c/c info that was authorization to charge the c/c The statement by the buyer that we were not authorized is incorrect, If that statement was made when they first requested payment through title we would have required payment at time of service and not through title co PCS does not have access to the Real Estate contract agreement between the Buyer and Seller We do not know who pays what, where, when or how, in the contract The fiduciary responsibility of their contract is the agent/buyer PCS did not have the title co information It was not our responsibility to place the invoice at the proper place for payment PCS left the invoice for payment with the agent/buyer.It is very difficult for me to believe that somebody in my office did not return phone calls to receive payment, when we have personal specifically assigned to that taskWhen some other source of payment is received we will gladly back post the $to the buyers c/c
We found Tyler at the perfect time, we were transitioning from the split of our company and everything was changing....websites, URL's, phone numbers, etcWe seemed to be going backwards instead of forward in our advertisingTyler stepped in and helped to turn things aroundHe is very good at what he does and knows his stuff about adwords and making a presence on the webHe comes highly recommended by us and we look forward to working with him for a long time
I have had a great experience with ProEngage they have increased my jobs by 50 percent . Very easy to talk to even though I didn't understand half of the conversation. But thats what I hired them for . I don't need to worry about not understanding how the web works with ProEngage having my back. Five stars all the way. [redacted]
Working with Tyler at ProEngage has been the single best decision we’ve made about our online presence for our small businessEasy to deal with, the results are what we wanted and we feel we have a much better understanding of our website and online revenue generation

service. The Agent/buyer asked if invoice could be billed through Title Co. As a courtesy to the agent/buyer we agreed, with the stipulation PCS has a Credit Card (C/C) on file and we will charge the $55.00 fee to the credit card if not paid after 45 days. This occurs regularly at PCS. The agent/buyer gave us the credit card info for file. There were no other stipulations by the agent/buyer. PCS charged the c/c after the 45 day period elapsed because of no payment. When we were given the c/c info that was authorization to charge the c/c. The statement by the buyer that we were not authorized is incorrect, If that statement was made when they first requested payment through title we would have required payment at time of service and not through title co. Review: Pest Control Solutions treated my home for termites. While doing so they bored holes in my nice tile on the front enter way to my home known as my porch cracking my tiles about 30 tiles in all. I understand that they needed to put whole's in the grout to put the solution in but it is not acceptable that they cracked my tiles. Some of the wholes were done correct without cracking my tiles which tells me all of them could have been done that way. They plain and simply got sloppy.I spoke to Joe at this company I was told a lot of things like its that or have termites telling me his son does tile for a living and can be fixed for around $200 dollars I said then send him over to fixed the damage you done he said he would not. How can he assume that this can be fixed for that price when he has not even bothered to come look at the damage? I got an estimate from 4 people that told me it was a mess number one the tile is 13 years old and can not be matched number two they said with the cement that the company filled the whole with would be very hard to work with the grout. That either I had a choice to find a pattern that would come close to the original tile or replace the entire tiles of which I could not get done for less than $800 dollars. Joe offered me $200 dollars or a 2 year warranty. I told him no because the damage can not be repaired for that cost and I would not want a 2 year warranty because I want my porch fixed this is the entry way to my home and it needs to be fixed as it was before the damage. He told me no that that was his final offer. I sent him a picture of some of the damage but as I said he hasn't even bothered to come and look at it? I could go on and on about this of some of the in-polite and UN business like attitude but I won't he will get the point. To this date I have not heard from him I did text him several times in the past week but he has not answered.Desired Settlement: I would ask that he either get someone to fix the damage or have someone come to my home and get his own estimate of the damage then we can get this corrected.I want the damaged fixed plain and simple. If this was his home he would take the same action. $200 dollars will not fix this problem if it would I would take his offer why should I get and ugly rug to cover my porch? To replace all the tiles it would cost around $1200 dollars To find a close match would cost around $800.Thank You.
I have been a monthly customer of PCS for the past several years. They are thorough in keeping my property pest free, timely in terms of regularly scheduled and emergency response (ex. bee removal) and their technicians are knowledge in the suggestions they offer. I recommend giving PCS a try and believe you will be glad you did.
Review: I bought a house in [redacted] and closed on September 26, 2014. We used Pest Control Solutions as our Terminate Inspection and they were to bill Title and to get paid when our house closed. The seller paid our closing costs so that is why they were to bill title. Come to find out, on November 20, 2014, my Realtor (which is also my mother) received an email from [redacted] with Pest Control Solutions stating the bill never got paid and they never billed title. They asked to bill the card they had on file, my Realtor in an email told [redacted] they DID NOT have authorization to bill the card on file and asked why they did not bill title when everyone else (home inspector) did and got paid from Title. On November 21, 2014, my Realtor emailed [redacted] stating that she would pay the bill and tried calling the office multiple times and left voice mails. She did not hear back from Pest Control Solutions and even tried emailing [redacted] asking to give her a call or let her know the best times to call so she can make payment, NO ONE ever called her back or emailed her back. On November 24, 2014, they processed the charge on my card even though THEY DID NOT HAVE AUTHORIZATION! I tried to contract them on several times with no success. On December 22, 2014, I contacted the company and let them know what was going on and let a voice mail. I again on December 23, 2014 left another voice and again on December 24, 2014. I tried again on December 29, 2014 and spoke to Nicole and let her know the situation again and told her no one will return my phone calls. She said someone would give me a call on December 30, 2014 by 2:00 p.m., but I never received a call. I called [redacted] again and explained how frustrated and upset I was and asked to speak with the Owner. All she would tell me is that no one was available and she would take a message. She was very rude. It is against the law to run someones card without authorization. If something is not taken care of, I will have take this to Court. I will never refer them business again and either with my Realtor or any Realtor she knows!Desired Settlement: I want the charge refunded back to my credit card and for the bill to written off. It is not my fault they did not do their job properly and did not bill title when the seller was going to pay for the cost!

Would never deal with this company again.
While treating my home for termites they drilled holes in my porch and cracked my tiles.
Spoke to Joe at the company and instead of coming to access the damage he offered me $200 dollars hardly enough to fix the damage. He was really not concerned about my complaints at all from the begging and was so unprofessional with a non caring attitude. Be aware of their sloppy work and company morals.
I have used Pest Control Solutions for over four years now on my home. When I first moved in I had scorpions; since they started treating I have none. I have no insect problems inside or out. Staff is professional and courteous.
