Prior to this complaint, our company, Perx Security, has not received any correspondence from the customer letting us know they were experiencing any issues with their alarm system. This account is owned by Monitonics and is to be taken care of by their customer service representatives and... service tickets are to be set up by Monitronics service department. We will always go out to a customer's home to work on an issue if a service ticket has been issued to us by Monitronics but unfortunately, a ticket was never issued to us for this customer. After speaking to the customer, they let us know that they had been calling Monitronics with their issues but did not reach out to us. If they had, we would have worked with them and Monitronics to get the issue resolved in a timely manner. This customer is technically Monitonics customer, not ours. We have reached out to the customer to offer a free service (not related to Monitronics) but the customer did not accept. The only company that can resolve this customer's issue is Monitronics and we have done what we can to attempt to remedy the situation.
