Review: Car was dropped off the same week we picked it up because check engine light had come on. They "fixed" it. But 3 days later it came on again. We dropped it off again and asked them if they could change the discs because they were too worn out. When we bought the car they said we had thirty days, if anything came up we could take it in and they'd fix it. Which is what we were doing. Problems had come up and I don't think they liked it. We picked up my car a few days later. When we picked it up my husband noted that they had used up all of the half tank of gas it had when we dropped it off. When I got to the car the next morning I noticed a smell of, like death. They had left grocery bags of fish, chicken and meat in our back seats! They had also left a full black trash bag full of trash. In the back area "trunk" of our SUV. My husband called left a message. They never called back. I called the receptionist said the owner was busy but was upset and would check cameras and investigate. I waited a few days and never got a call. I called again and she said he wasn't in but it would be best to go in and speak to him in person. I live 45 minutes from there! My husband went in to pick up our plates and they said they knew nothing about what we were talking about! It is outrageous! But they were quick to charge us the little we owed them. Didn't want to give us a discount after EVERYTHING that had been done to our car!Desired Settlement: Refund of the last $500 we paid them! It was the worst customer service I have ever seen! They never called back! Didn't care or address the issue! Don't care about what there employees do with clients cars. Probably encourage it if they didn't acknowledge what had happened! I have asthma and strong smells affect me! On top of the fact that the smell of death is just plain sickening! Upsetting that they would treat people this way! My kids could have touched that stuff and gotten sick!
