Review: I ordered two products on 12/2/14, the tracking number did not produce any results, and 2 weeks later I still did not have my product but my credit card was already charged. I tried calling the customer service number 3 times which ended up being someone's private phone number and they hung up on me. I then emailed asking where my product was. They wrote back asking if it was some other person's order and that they had express shipped it. I wrote back saying no that is not the correct order, where is mine, and why is your phone number incorrect? I never heard back so I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I feel that this is a fraudulent company that is set up only to take information (and maybe sell your information) and/or credit card numbers. I will be watching my credit card bill extremely carefully, and am also considering getting a brand new one in fear of fraudulent charges.Desired Settlement: I feel that the Revdex.com or someone should look into this company, and they should be punished if there is any fraudulent behavior.
