I got a trial through persuasive skincare products as a gift for ordering via e-bayWhen I placed the order I was responsible for shipping which I paid for via debit cardA month after there were two outrageous charges of $and $followed with two different phone membersI contacted the phone numbers; 1877- 670-and 1877-670-to advices the company that they had wrongfully charged my accountThe customer service representative stated that I had contacted the company too late to cancel my subscription with themI attempted to explain what had occurred and how I came to learn about my gift offer as it was advertised to me; however they did not want to rationalize with meI explained that I was a victim of a fraud and if they were not willing to look into the issue I would be forced to file a fraudulent claim via my bank.The representative insisted that that it was not fraud and refused to investigate my claim
