Review: My name is [redacted] and I placed two orders for Markim R[redacted] back on April 22, 2014 for $60.75 and on May 6, 2014 for $45.88 with Perspectives Catalog Company. It is now July 14, 2014. Not only has he not received either order but since the middle of May, every time I called to see what the problem was no one has answered the phone. This is supposed to be a legit business and I find it very strange that no one ever answers the phone. I spoke with a lady named Scharnice a while back and she ensured me that his orders would be sent out no later than the next week and that was the last time I was able to communicate with anyone from that office. I have also sent numerous emails and voicemails, unfortunately, no one has responded. This company leaves me no choice but to assume they are a fradulent company and are only out to take a person's hard earned money. I am very upset because there has been no clear line of communication for months and I need some answers.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of both orders as soon as possible.

We do not have a record of a $148.00 purchase. We have one order pending, waiting for shipment in the amount of $94.00 for four (4) Promotional tapes. He will have a credit in the amount of $50.00 after this purchase.

This order should be getting shipped this week.

Review: I ordered two tapes for my fiance who is incarcerated back in January of this yr he never received them.. I contacted the business on several occasions and I was told they were mailed out... I asked was there a way I can track them I was told no they don't offer that service...I was told that someone will contact me to resolve the situation and that never happened. This has happened to other inmates as well.Desired Settlement: Either reship the product or a refund.
