We found her unprofessional and unreliable. She was scheduling appointments with a high school athlete and would not confirm the scheduled times with parents. She kept changing the times and canceling, blaming the high school athlete but still wouldn't confirm the times with the parent. She asked for prepayment and then said that the athlete didn't show up for the times. Highly recommend people not prepay with this business.
