On May, 2021, I checked into the hotel. Everything was great except for my wakeup call. I’d asked for a 5:00 am wakeup call when I checked in, and the girl at the desk wrote it down. Two hours later, I went down to the front desk to make sure that they’d be giving me a 5:00 wakeup call. The girl at the desk assured me that they would. Luckily my alarm on my phone alerted me at 5:00 so I was able to wake up, but the front desk never gave me the wakeup call I requested. If by chance my phone has not alerted me, I would have missed my flight. I feel that this is unacceptable. This lack of professionalism is not appropriate for your hotel.
