Review: I placed an order for $118.88 for 7 products on June **, 2013. I received a package from Personal Touch on June **. However, the package contained someone else's order. I called the company on June ** and was told that they would send my order that day, and email me a return label for the order I had received. I received an email on June ** from FedEx saying that a label had been generated for my order and I should receive it by Thursday, June **. I returned the wrong order on Wednesday, June **. I did not receive my order on Thursday so I called the business on Friday, June **. I was told the order had been sent, but that FedEx might have not scanned it correctly and I should be getting it soon. I called FedEx and was told that the company generated a label, but never sent the product to be shipped. I called the company back (they would not answer the phone the first 3 times I called) and told them what FedEx had told me. The company said that FedEx was lying. I told them they were lying!Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded. I can understand a mistake in the order, but lying to a customer is completely unacceptable! I have been waiting for 2 weeks for my order, which was clothing for my mother who is in a nursing home. They received their money immediately, as I paid through paypal.
Review: I ordered three different hospital gowns from this company, they sent me three of the same style which are very large. I want to return them for refund. I first used their web site to request a Return of Merchandise Authorization (which they require before return) there was no response to my request. On 4/**/2015 I called customer service two times, both time my call went to message service, I left my name and number requesting a call back. No response. They only accept returns within 25 days which I cannot fulfill if they won't give me an RMA. They also required a 15% restock fee, which I don't think I should have to pay for substituted items. Customer ID [redacted]Ordered on April *, 2015. Email to Customer Service April *, 2015. Called Customer Service twice April **, 2015. I have sent a second email to customer service today April **, 2015. I request an RMA and consideration of waiver of restocking fee. It is interesting that their order number is in SSN pattern, which your system will not accept. I deleted the number to allow submission. I was able to contact the company customer service department today (4-**-2015) they gave me an RMA and waived the restock fee.
Review: I ordered 5 items from Personal Touch Health Care Apparel at [redacted] on Oct. [redacted]. When the product failed to work as described on the website, I immediately contacted the company via email. I emailed my complaint concerning product. [redacted] contacted me with no resolution. I emailed a second time asking how I should proceed to have the company correct the problem. No response from the company. I sent a third email with my request for help. Yet again no response.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to give me a full refund since the product does not work.

At this time, I contacted directly by Personal Touch Health Care Apparel regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The company would only offer a store credit instead of a full refund of $68.65. Since dealing with this company has been such a poor experience, I chose decline the store credit. I suggested the company use my store credit to help a future customer. I hope Personal Touch Health Care Apparel will some day receive the same experience they have shown me with their future business endeavors.
