I HAVE REVIEWED THE COMPLAINT BY CUSTOMER , WE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO USE A TRACTOR TRAILER TYPE FLATBED TOWING UNIT AS THE EXTENDED STRETCH LIMOUSINE IS TO LONG TO FIT ON A FLATBED DESIGNED FOR SIZE VEHICLES WE CANNOT PUT A STRETCHED LIMO ON OUR FLATBEDS AS IT IS DANGEROUS AND WILL CAUSE MUCH DAMAGE ...THE NJTP WAS NOTIFIED BY THE CUSTOMER AND THEY I BELIEVE EXPLAINED IT WAS NOT UNCOMMON FOR A LIMO TO BE TOWED ON A TRACTOR TRAILER FLATBED AS THE TRAILER CAN FIT LONGER VEHICLES, THIS WAS ALSO DONE WITH THE DRIVER OF THE LIMOS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND IT WAS OBVIOUS THE LIMO WAS TO LONG FOR STRAIGHT BODY FLATBED ...ATTACHED IS THE SIGNED AUTHORIZATION FROM VEHICLES OWNER AS WELL MR[redacted] WHO ALSO ACKNOWLEDGED AND AUTHORIZED TOWING THANK YOU IN ADVANCE

we have reviewed the bill in question and have looked at pricing as specified on the invoice ..the fees charged are actually exactly in line with the regulated fees allowable to be charged on this type of work on the NJTP...customer may feel its higher than a tow on a local road however when a tow company is contracted with NJTP we must carry million insurance ,have dispatch and staff operating hours per day days per week which increases our costs and overhead greatly ..we feel fee is actually very reasonable in fact...we can offer a $refund to customer as a customer relations good faith offering to attempt a resolution...however we feel charge is fair ..please notify us if this will settle Sean C***/B&L
