I have no issues with the client but I will defend my positionthe issues electrical and vents, etc were NOT finishedthe fascia and house paint was extra(and never paid) and explained why certain things were the way they wereMr *** was never there due to working out of state BUT i
explained everything to Mrs***the header was going to be moved after we discusses thisthe "sloppy" work from this wannabe inspector is not my concern because I explained to Mrs *** that I wasn't finished and didn't like what it looked like so was going to touch up and take care of thisi tried to take care of the client and concentrated my efforts on the outside because of their timeline to get insuredthat is the reason the items were not finishedbut that is neither her nor therewe have agreed to part ways amicably and I have lost even more money by agreeing to return $to release my toolsi hope it gets finished for them and hope for the best

I am rejecting this response because: We did try to settle this matter with Mr. [redacted], but we will not accept the fact that he is lying about certain things.  First of all he was paid for the extras, and we went above what his contract stated.  Also, the inspector is licensed in the state of Missouri and came highly recommended.  As far as the plumbing and electrical issues, he was completely done with them and never said he was going to go back and fixing any of them.  Also, it is costing us $2000.00 extra to have all issues fixed.  We have also taken photos of Mr. [redacted]'s work and the new work.  As far as getting the $1000.00 dollars to settle this matter, we only received $600.00.  So, we also wish him the best and hope that he doesn't do this to someone else.
