brother, the representative for your humidifier, thought the bill was reasonable and I was told he'd pass that information along to you (We only discussed this situation with him because you requested so). My brother told me that he said the opposite, but that isn't surprising to me. I have been under the impression the entire time that he spoke with you and you two agreed that the charges were excessive. That aside, when your office called, there was never an attempt to discuss the bill. They told me the total amount was due and if I didn't pay it they were going to send it to your attorney.
