We do have a new installer this year, who is in training, but oversight and coaching has been provided.  He is doing a good job, just slower than expected.
I visited with the customer, understand her being upset, and apologized for the lack of timeliness... work was completed 6/11/2016, and...

both the new irrigation and city water sprinkler systems have been inspected and approved by both the backflow inspector and the city plumbing inspector.  We did a free pruning and yard clean-up and mow, trim and edge to help alleviate some of the inconvenience.
