Review: [redacted] of the company installed a new Spa-Pack (control unit), because he said mine was defective. In a short while the new Spa-Pack malfunctioned and he needed to replace the new unit which was still under warrantee.

Other issues include the fact that he lied to me and told me that the control panel was different then the control panel that I was supposed to receive and could only run two speeds on one pump. The truth of the matter is that we were supposed to have two pumps installed.....if he had installed the two pumps initially, the remaining pump would not have been

OVER-WORKED forcing that one remaining pump to fail....

[redacted] of the company has never shown up when he said he was going to, has been completely unreliable, does not return calls, and now is still in possession of my two pumps.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. At the very least, I want him to fix my unit completely with no further charges.
