delivered and booking fee which is non-refundable was made to the knowledge of the person before any monetary funds were given.Then the client a few days later cancelled with me and again after weeks of negotiation I agreed to give a partial refund and before I could give the refund the client made a discrepancy with her credit card to get her funds back which in turn put my account in the red. I submitted all copies of all of my emails and my contract to my bank and my credit card processor of the original agreement and in turn they ruled in my favor that no refund was due to the consumer.This is the first time in 11 years I ever had such a problem as a matter of fact I have never had a problem except for this one.
