We had the customer shipped the laptop to us for a repair again and upon receipt and inspection, we noticed the following issues due to improper and unqualified person attempting repair which voids the coverage as per the terms & conditions. We have informed the customer of the same.1. 6 screws were missing around the body of the laptop2. Casing was not sealed3. Hinge is popped off4. LCD Flex connector has scotch tape on it5. Inside frame has after market tape We had previously repaired the laptop and fully tested it and sent it back to you in working order. However, based on the above it clearly indicates that an a repair was attempted on the laptop by an unqualified and unprofessional individual. As per the terms & conditions, when this occurs your claim cannot be approved. Therefore, we are returning your laptop to you and are cancelling the claim. No further action will be taken on our part.
