Perry's Heating & Cooling

Perry's HVAC was hired to do a complete HVAC install in a timely manner at two of our commercial jobsites. Project #1 was at completion and Perry's HVAC would not answer the phone, would not be on the job when they said they would, and when they did send someone it was only 1 person and they didn't know what they were doing. We have to terminate our contract and hire someone else to finish Project #1. We also terminated Project #2 prior to Perry's HVAC stepping foot on the jobsite and we withheld the upfront money for Project #2. He of course would never return any phone calls after that. We have built over 22 of these identical projects and this was by far our worst experience with an HVAC contractor.
