Perry's Auto Wrecking

Review: Today January 11th I went to P[redacted]'s Auto Wrecking looking for a brake booster for a 89 Chevy Pick up, I found the part, took it apart myself, and paid 40.00. P[redacted] who is the owner did not give me a receipt. I then left to place it in my truck and found out that it was not that part that I needed, but that I needed the master brake cylinder. I went back to ask if I could exchange it for the other part and he said "No, that is why you have to make sure what is wrong with your car before you purchase it." Then I said Ok, then can I bring the part back and get my money back and he said "No". I have purchased parts from this place before and have done exchanges and all of the sudden he decided that he did not want to do an exchange or refund. I would like my money back as I am going to take my bness to another junk yard and get the part I need.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for 40.00 which is what I paid for the part above since it is not useful to me. All auto parts and junk yards do exchanges and he did not advised of their exchange or refund policy at the time of purchase. He also did not mention the part being non refundable or exchangeable.
