The customer in question was told before he dropped off dryer that I charge $diagnostic fee and was asked for money right thenI spent time and labor to open machine to find out the problemI tell everyone that there is a $diagnostic fee that is to be paid when they drop the machine off and that repairs and labor will be a separate charge
