Review: We have documented over 5 attempts to cancel our win club membership via phone calls, emails, and physical trips to the winery and continue to be charged. This continues even after receiving confirmation emails that the membership has been cancelled.Desired Settlement: After each charge to our account for wine that we do not want the winery told us they are unable to issue a refund. I want to be reimbursed for the latest charge of $54.56
