[redacted] informed our Outside Plant manager, [redacted] that he did not want a visit or any testing of his service.  Mr. [redacted] asked him to allow us to come to his premises to make sure there were no issues.  Customer indicated he would call us back for an appointment time.  We have called the customer July 10 and July 15 to attempt to schedule the appointment.  Both times, we got a no answer and left a voice message to call our office.We feel we have sufficiently followed up on this complaint with no cooperation from the customer in allowing diagnostic testing.  [redacted]Director, Customer RelationsTEC601.[redacted]
