I am responding to the complaint that I received in the mail today First my name is [redacted] , LCSW, not Tseaster Due to the nature of our business, I cannot release any information about the complainant I cannot even confirm or deny that he is a client.Generally speaking, our secretary would handle all calls and schedule all appointments The only time a caller would be sent to a provider is if they have continually had missed appointments at our agency.If the individual making the complaint would be willing to sign a release of information, we would be happy to address this issue further
