On August 27th I purchased in full a [redacted] from my salesman Jonathan W [redacted] at on the Border Motorcycles in [redacted] I emailed them my insurance documents right awayFirst, it took them months and a few calls for them to find my platesAs of right now, I have called them numerous times since last year trying to get a straight answer as to where my title isI looked up my [redacted] and they both belong still to other peopleWhen I call customer service they keep saying someone will get back to me by the name of [redacted] I never hear back from herInstead, a man by the name of [redacted] calls me back telling me they are still working on itIt has already been since September of already

On August 2, I entered in an agreement with the owner of On The Border Motorcycle Sales (John ***) to Sale my *** *** Sportster Trike for $9, I was contacted in October by the owner stating that someone in Germany wanted to by the bike for $due to transport fees and cost it was a good deal I agreed and was told the money was in an escrow account and I would be paid the balance in days after U.SCustoms completed the transfer processIt is now May and I have not received payment A search of the vehicle registration and title showed it was sold on August 27, to a buyer in Livingston TX (Linda ***) who paid cash $9,I turned the title over in March of to On The Border ownersI continued paying insurance and bike payments including interest for months after the sale I am currently owed $4,for the transaction, this is the sale of the bike minus the payoff and $consignment feeThe owner stated he would pay
