day following the complaint. I apologized for the inconvenience and disappointment they experienced. I asked what we could do to bring satisfaction, and the customer requested a refund. That day, a refund for the full amount of $33.00 was issued to the customers credit card.  It is very unfortunate to have a customer complaint for any reason, and we do our best to follow up with staff to bring corrections where they are warranted to avoid future problems.
