Perrilloux's Auto Repair

Review: I brought my 2003 Nissan Maxima to the above named auto repair shop while my car was at this shop my glass was busted out of my car. The auto shop declined to fix my damages and said car was sitting up with a busted window my car hadn't been worked on for days. I issued a letter to Perrilloux's auto repair that stated I was going to take legal action if my car window was not fixed. The machine then told me he would fix my window but the following day I needed to come pick up my car without my initial problem bring fixed. Perrilloux's charged me $250.00 for nothing and I still have yet to receive an itemized bill on the work that was done to my car.Desired Settlement: I have to pay the $250.00 without an receipt or itemized bill that was requested.

Mrs. [redacted] brought her car to me because the alternator had been changed and was still not working. I did not want to, but I took the car and did about 5 hours of work on the car. I told her what was wrong with the car and she said she was going to order the part. I told her she needed to get the car off the lot and she left it here for over a week. As the car was sitting in our lot it the window was broken and I informed her that our policy as our signs state - We are not responsible for damage done to vehicles left on our lot. I called Mrs. [redacted] and informed her she needed to come get the car that I had fixed the window and she owed me $240 for the diagnostic work that was done. When Mrs. [redacted]'s boyfriend came to get the car he asked for a receipt before paying and then took off in the car before paying. I called the cops and they found him and the car and brought it back to me. I decided not to press charges against him. Mrs. [redacted] then came in and payed for the car and took her car.
