Review: I purchased an assembly manual for a 1964 Ford Galaxie 500 online from Perogie Enterprises on July 22 2013. It was stated on there web site " IN STOCK". I received an email shortly after saying that the manual was not in stock and that it is on back order and will be available in two weeks. I was fine with that and replied to the email saying that it was OK and I didn't mind waiting two weeks for the manual. Two weeks goes by and still no shipping notice so I sent an email asking when I could expect the manual. In the reply, I was told that the manufacture of the book has not sent any out and may not for some time. I was offered a refund but, I decided to wait a little longer to hopefully get the manual. By the end of August, It was clear that the manual was not coming so I decided to send them another email and take them up on the offer for a refund. I received a reply stating that a refund request was sent and I should see a refund slip in a couple of days. That request was sent on Aug 19. I still have not received a refund and I don't think they intend on giving me a refund. It was only $24.00 but, it's the principal of the whole thing that has led me to file this complaint. I hope this comes to good use to someone in the hopes that no one else will fall victim to this company and loose more money than I did.Desired Settlement: A refund would be nice but, mainly just do not want to see anyone else fall victim to what could be seen as a scam.
