At this time, I have not been contacted by New Orleans Auction Galleries regarding complaint ID 10966008.We made contact with the business and at that time they offered us a $100 credit towards a future purchase or nothing. We did have them send us a credit memo...
because it is better than nothing at all. However, we feel that this does not resolve this issue for a few reasons. 1- the item is unusable as is and should have been described as such. 2 - the cost to repair the item is greater than $100. 3- Since they were dishonest the 1st time, why would I want to risk making another purchase from them?
