I had Kelly from Permanent Sealant Solutions seal my concrete balcony and wood adirondack chairs, and am very pleased with his work He was punctual, and very reasonably priced The water now just beads up and rolls off, instead of soaking in, and the appearance is very good (we picked the clear, so no change to the external appearance)
