To whom it may concern,I am writing you in regards to ID *** Mr*** ***We have been in contact with this guest for sometime nowHe stated his issues to our hotel and we did apologize to the guestWe did check the room that the guest stayed in for “bed bugs”, but there were noneWe did
speak with the front desk agent that was working that evening and she states she was willing to move the guest as soon as a room was availableThis guest is looking for a full refund, which we cannot do, but we did offer the guest 25% off of his entire stayThis guest did stay at this hotel for nights and we did offer to move the guest to a better roomWe do understand that the stay for him wasn’t as good as it could have been, but we would also hope that this guest can understand that the hotel is under new management and is undergoing some renovations to make it betterThese changes cannot happen overnightAgain we will honor what we said to Expedia (which is who he booked through) with giving this guest 25% off his stay and our deepest apologies.Thank You,IveyGM at Wyndham Garden Hotel
